What Brands are available to rent?
There are a number of brands available - LG, Samsung, Panasonic, Conia, NEC, Westinghouse, Simpson - the list goes on!
What is the minimum and maximum rental duration?
There is no defined term for rentals products. Our rental terms can vary from 1 day and up to 36 months.
What documents do I need to provide?
You need to provide the following documents:
- Photo ID Licence, Passport, Key Card
- Employment Details or Pension Details
- 4 references 2 friends and 2 family
- Proof of address
Do I have to provide a security deposit?
In most cases the answer is no. However, there may be times in short term rental situations that a security deposit may be necessary.
What about Delivery charges?
There are no delivery charges for any contract in excess of 4 months. The applicant must be at home to receive the delivery.
Can I terminated the contract early?
Yes, you can terminate the contract early but you need to be mindful of the fact that early termination fees apply.
What if I change my contact details?
Mobile Rentals need to be immediately informed so that we can update our records.
Do you deliver on weekends?
In most cases, yes but it is advisable to check with your local store before you place an order.
Can I rent if I am unemployed?
Yes, you can rent if you are unemployed. You have to speak to a local store manager for more details.
Can I buy the goods which I am renting?
Yes, you can buy the goods you are renting. But for further details speak to your local store manager. |
